Thank you for visiting my site in Albuquerque, New Mexico–the greatest place to live in the Southwest! With the best weather, incredible scenery and location, numerous booming economies and tons of things to do and see, it’s no wonder more people are making ABQ their home.

I am a full-service, dedicated, seven-days-a-week real estate professional who knows and loves the Albuquerque area–from north of the East Mountains, to west of Westside, and everything in between. Although I often find myself in the core of the city, I continually seek out the hidden gems in ALL areas of the city for my buyers, and I am a tireless and creative promoter of all of my listings.

I recently completed NAR’s Green Designee program for sustainable practices in green real estate. I would enjoy talking with you about green building, Build Green NM & LEED Certification, or sustainability issues in ABQ.

I also actively support Animal Humane of New Mexico, giving a percentage of each sale to further their efforts. Each year I help organize Century 21 Unica’s Annual Barking Lot Sale in the Spring, at our office at 1717 Carlisle Blvd NE. Through donated items, the Barking Lot Sale raises money for Animal Humane, and donates anything left unsold to the NM Animal Humane Thrift Store on 607 Virginia SE. Additionally, dogs are present and available for adoption during the Barking Lot Sales. I and my co-workers cook and distribute fresh pancakes. So far, the Barking Lot sales have generated over $2500 for the NM Animal Humane, plus tons of furniture to re-sell at their thrift store, along with a few adopted pookies.
