Mauger Mansion B&B Vintage Photo

I’ve discovered that this “vintage” image of the Mauger Mansion B&B is made to resemble the Mauger back in the early 1900’s, but is much more recent. Two details give it away for me: the evaporative cooler on the roof of the Mansion, and the modern townhome facade in the back. The photo was actually taken in the late 1980’s by the then-owners of the property, as 701 Roma Ave NW was being restored and remodeled…
